Pilates enhances core strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting overall body awareness. Its low-impact nature reduces the risk of injury and fosters improved balance, coordination, and mental well-being.
My practice is suitable for all. I incorporate breathwork in all my classes as breath and body are interconnected in so many ways.
